Our spray dried MPC 42% provides a high quality milk protein,
which is a nutritionally equivalent replacement for
conventional nonfat milk powder. MPC 42% conforms to certain
Federal labeling requirements (Milk Protein Concentrate - Partially
De-Lactosed) and is available in low, medium or high
heat treatments.

Storage
As with all milk proteins, MPC 42% can absorb odors. We therefore recommend storage at temperatures below 77°F
and relative humidity below 65% to maintain high quality of this product.
